Cora is a 7–8-year-old, roughly 60-pound Kelpie–Shepherd–Husky mix. She is spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm and Lyme negative. She knows sit and paw, crates well, and responds to routine.
She lost her person, David “Chef Dave” Burall, in 2025. Since November 2025, she has been in boarding while people search for the right foster or adopter.
The home Cora needs
A calm, patient household where she has time to adjust. She may do best as an only dog or with a mellow, compatible dog after slow introductions. Feed dogs separately. Ask the rescue about her current care and introductions before placement.
